The Serenity Principle

Bailey shows recovering people how to tap their own source of positive energy in a new approach to the search for serenity - a quest long recognized as the key to recovery from addiction. By identifying four principles of psychological function - thought, separate realities, levels of consciousness, and emotions - as "delusion detectors," he shows how our thoughts actually control our reality. Bailey uses this principle as the foundation for a new paradigm for recovery from addiction.
