• You meet the applicable age requirement;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms; and
• All information you provide to Book Depot Inc. is accurate, complete, and current.

• Product availability;
• Pricing;
• Currency;
• Promotions;
• Shipping options; and
• Content.

• Provide accurate and complete account information;
• Maintain and update your information as necessary;
• Keep your username and password confidential;
• Notify Book Depot Inc. immediately of unauthorized account access; and
• Accept responsibility for activity occurring through your account.

• Inventory limitations;
• Pricing or product description errors;
• Suspected fraudulent activity;
• Payment issues;
• Shipping restrictions; or
• Violations of these Terms.

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit the Site or its content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any Site software;
• Circumvent security measures;
• Use the Site for unauthorized commercial purposes; or
• Use the Site in violation of these Terms.

• Website text, articles, descriptions, and other written materials;
• Product descriptions, catalog information, pricing information, and other product-related data;
• Photographs, images, illustrations, graphics, videos, audio, and other visual or multimedia content;
• Website design, layout, organization, interfaces, and user experience elements;
• Software, code, technology, functionality, and related materials;
• Databases, compilations, collections of information, and other structured data; and
• Any other materials or content made available through the Site.

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, transmit, display, perform, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Book Depot Content;
• Create derivative works based on the Site or Book Depot Content;
• Use Book Depot Content to create or maintain databases, datasets, catalogues, compilations, or other collections of information;
• Extract, scrape, harvest, collect, download, monitor, or otherwise obtain Site content or data through automated or manual means for unauthorized purposes;
• Use Site content, product information, images, reviews, pricing data, or other materials to train, develop, test, fine-tune, validate, or improve artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, large language models, or similar technologies;
• Use Book Depot Inc. Content to develop, operate, support, market, or improve any competing website, application, product, service, or business;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code, structure, algorithms, or underlying technology of any portion of the Site;
• Remove, modify, obscure, or interfere with copyright notices, trademarks, proprietary notices, or other legal notices contained on the Site; or
• Use the Site or Book Depot Inc. Content in any manner inconsistent with these Terms.

• You own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content;
• The User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights; and
• The User Content is accurate and not misleading.

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable federal, provincial, state, local, or international law, regulation, or requirement.
• Use the Site in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, impair, interfere with, or negatively affect the operation, security, availability, or performance of the Site or any related systems, networks, servers, hardware, software, or services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, any account, or any systems, networks, servers, or databases connected to the Site.
• Attempt to bypass, defeat, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security measures, access controls, authentication procedures, or technological protections used by Book Depot Inc. or its service providers.
• Upload, transmit, distribute, introduce, or otherwise make available any viruses, malware, malicious code, harmful files, or other materials that could interfere with the Site or harm Book Depot Inc., its service providers, or other users.
• Use any automated means, including robots, spiders, crawlers, scrapers, scripts, data extraction tools, artificial intelligence systems, machine learning systems, or similar technologies, to access, collect, copy, monitor, index, extract, reproduce, or otherwise obtain Site content, product information, pricing information, images, reviews, user content, or other data from the Site without the prior written permission of Book Depot Inc.
• Use any Site content, data, materials, or information, including product catalog information, images, text, reviews, or other content, to create or develop databases, datasets, data collections, training datasets, artificial intelligence models, machine learning models, competing products or services, or other derivative resources without the prior written permission of Book Depot Inc.
• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, transmit, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
• Use the Site or Site content for unauthorized commercial purposes, including resale, benchmarking, competitive analysis, advertising, or solicitation activities without Book Depot Inc.’s prior written approval.
• Impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information when creating an account, placing an order, submitting User Content, or otherwise interacting with the Site.
• Upload, post, transmit, or otherwise provide any content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, obscene, discriminatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Upload or transmit unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, bulk communications, or other unauthorized solicitations.
• Collect, store, or use personal information about other users without their consent or in violation of applicable privacy laws.
• Attempt to interfere with another user’s access to or enjoyment of the Site.
• Use the Site to promote, encourage, facilitate, or engage in illegal activity or conduct that violates these Terms.

• You violate these Terms;
• Your conduct creates risk to Book Depot Inc., other users, or third parties; or
• Required by law.

• Your use of the Site;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your User Content;
• Your violation of applicable law; or
• Your use of products or services obtained through the Site.

• $100 USD; OR
• The amount paid by you to Book Depot Inc. for the applicable product or service giving rise to the claim.
