Through hundreds of exquisite photographs and reproductions of rare botanical art, the book celebrates this urban oasis’s 125th year as a place of unparalleled beauty in New York City and as an internationally renowned leader in plant research and conservation. This revised edition includes more than 200 new photographs and features added sections that offer in-depth views of the extraordinary plants, spectacular gardens, and award-winning architecture that define the 250-acre landscape.
