About

Daisy Duck's niece June decides to take on an exciting new challenge by starting her own dog-washing business, but she soon discovers that having a job involves more than simply having fun.

As she takes on the responsibilities of caring for her furry customers, June learns that running a business requires dedication, patience, and a willingness to work hard. Her experience introduces young readers to the importance of following through on commitments, taking responsibility for their actions, and completing tasks even when they become difficult. Featuring familiar Disney characters and colorful illustrations by Jerrod Maruyama, the story presents valuable life lessons through an entertaining and relatable situation. Children are encouraged to develop independence, confidence, and an understanding of how their efforts can affect others.

Part of the Disney Growing Up Stories series, this engaging picture book helps young readers recognize that being responsible means making thoughtful choices and taking pride in a job well done.
