What's a 'List Price'?
It's basically the book's "sticker price" – the amount a publisher suggests a retailer should sell it for, also known as the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
We do our best to keep these prices accurate, but they can change over time. That means the price printed on your book might not always match what the publisher has listed today.
How are Book Outlet books so cheap?
Because we're all about book deals that make your wallet happy. Here's the secret: we snag overstock and remaindered inventory directly from publishers at amazing prices. Then, we pass those savings straight to you.
Some of these books might have a tiny remainder mark (a little line or dot on the edge), but they're still brand new and ready for a place on your shelf.
Long story short: we keep costs low so you can keep your TBR pile high.
Do book prices ever change?
Yes, prices can change from time to time based on availability and publisher pricing. We do our best to keep everything accurate, but occasionally adjustments happen. If you spot a great deal, we recommend grabbing it while you can!
