Giving the gift of bookish joy? We love to see it. Create an account & then head over to our Gift Cards page to grab an eGift card – it's super quick.

You can choose to send it right away or schedule it for a special date.

Heads-up: You can only buy one eGift card per order (our checkout gets a little overwhelmed otherwise). Want more than one? Just place a separate order for each.
Gift cards are sent straight to the lucky recipient's inbox. If you schedule it for later, it'll arrive on the date you chose. Otherwise, it can take up to 15 minutes for the email to arrive.

If it's still M.I.A. after that, give our Customer Service team a shout.

Your Gift Card Wallet lets you store all your Book Outlet gift cards in one handy spot. Got multiple cards? No problem! You can combine ‘em, track your balance, and pick how much to use at checkout.  

To stash your gift card in your wallet for safekeeping (and speedy checkouts later), just do this:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Head over to ‘Gift Cards’.
3. Pop the gift card number into the ‘Add a Gift Card Value’ section.
4. Click ‘Add to Wallet’.

Boom – your book-buying power just leveled up.
First, make sure your gift card is added to your Gift Card Wallet in your account. When you're checking out, open the Gift Card section, type in how much you want to use, and click Apply. The amount will come off your total right away, and your wallet will update with the new balance.

Need to check what’s left on your card? Just visit the Gift Cards page in your account. Done and done!

Just head to your Gift Cards page under your account. You'll see your current balance and a play-by-play of every time you've treated yourself. Go ahead, relive the splurge. We support it.
