We're Going on an Egg Hunt (We're Going on a… Hunt, Bk. 2)

A reimagining of the classic folk song “We’re Going on a Bear Hunt”, this Easter-themed version follows three children as they go searching for the perfect Easter egg. Along the way they encounter flapping hens, hungry bunnies, and hopping frogs. When they reach the garden, they discover ten big eggs, collect them, and then proceed in an Easter parade. The book is designed for children aged 2-5 years (preschool to kindergarten). It uses repeated phrases, sound words, vivid illustrations (with “zingy neon ink”) and interactive/participatory text to engage young readers. It also includes a QR code for a free “Stories Aloud” audiobook / sing-along version.
