Badgie & Ming and the Angry Tent

Do you ever feel angry? I mean REALLY REALLY BREATHE-FIRE ANGRY??
Yeah? Me too.
In fact, everyone does.
Did you ever wonder if you could turn it off? Like... just not feel angry?

Well, you can, kind of.
You can't turn it off like water from a faucet. But you can let it grow smaller until it fades away... or you, at least, stop breathing fire.

How do you do it? One of the easiest ways is to just find a cozy and safe place and let yourself just be angry. Or sad, or frustrated, or worried. You can do this with any feeling you're having that's uncomfortable.

Build your own Angry Tent, or maybe it's a Frustration Fort, or a Worry Cave. Make it your own. Use it as you need it.

And just in case you know some grown-ups who might need some anger management strategies, you can suggest they build their own Angry Tent, too. Even though they're parents or teachers, they need compassion and understanding, too, because everyone gets angry sometimes.
