Help Me, Help Me, it's Red!

Eleanor Berry's comical psychological thriller examines the curious relationship between father and son, Rowland and sex-crazed serial killer William Rendon. The duo are not only connected by blood, but by a sinister ball of bright red wool.

William's childhood is a turbulent one, of physical and sexual abuse. Rowland, a Harley Street psychiatrist, tries to redeem his relationship with his son, but is he too late?

When he is not taking drugs or driving through the streets of London at dangerous speeds, William is constantly searching for his next sexual fix. This leads him to prostitutes and, among other peculiar requests, paying them to sing God Save the Queen. HIs obsession with the ball of red wool continues, which eventually results in his ruin.
