Environmental Change: Industry, Power and Policy (Organisation of Industrial Space)

The challenge that confronts economic geography is to more fully conceptualize the links between nature, economy and society and to place them in a spatial context. The separate contributions to this volume are attempts to address this conceptual project from a range of perspectives. They all share a common goal: to develop a fuller understanding of the interconnectedness between shifting patterns of geographic industrialisation, environmental-ecological change, and attempts to control environmental damage, pollution an degradation through regulation law and the force of policy.
