The Headteacher as Effective Leader

The focus of this book is the crucial role the head teacher has to fulfil as the leader. The book studies the duties and roles of the head teacher and the leadership qualities and objectives needed. It has become apparent that being a good manager and teacher is not enough - the leader has to be able to lead and communicate his/her vision of the school to the staff, pupils and parents.
