Fell

When Annette Clifford returns to her childhood home on the edge of Morecambe Bay, to her despair she finds the long-empty house disintegrating. What she doesn't realise is that she has roused the spirits of her parents, who anxiously watch over her, longing to make amends. Because now the summer of 1963 comes back to them--the year Annette was eight and her mother was desperately ill, when a mercurial stranger with seemingly miraculous powers of healing absorbed all their attention. This time they  must try to draw another stranger towards her, one who can rescue her.
