Franklin's Big Dreams

In the dead of night, while Franklin is trying to sleep, a construction crew busts into his room. They're there to build a railroad. As soon as the tracks are laid, the train passes, and Franklin notices that the passengers look oddly familiar. Once the train is gone, so are the crew and their tools. A few nights later, they return to build a runway and then a canal for a boat. Where are all these people going? How do they get there so quickly? And why are they traveling through Franklin's room? Franklin's about to find out.
