Something's wrong with Anastasia's family. They used to be just fine, but suddenly they've become, well, really embarrassing. Anastasia can't stand how her mom freaks out over a little gerbil or how her dad puts unfinished manuscripts in the crisper drawer of the refrigerator. No one else's parents do that.
