The Star in the Forest

The Star in the Forest follows sisters Pip and Maisie during a cosy stay at their grandparents’ cottage on the edge of a Scottish forest. When a mysterious bright light falls into the woods, Maisie leaps at the chance for adventure while Pip observes the shadows and sounds of the forest around her. Together they explore the dark woods, imagining all kinds of wonders — from space treasure to gold dust — before discovering that the glowing object is a real star. This atmospheric, magical picture book beautifully captures curiosity, imagination, and the bond between siblings.
