About

They are an unlikely pair, but George and Lennie have formed a "family" and cling together in the face of loneliness and alienation. They are laborers in California's dusty vegetable fields, but they have a plan to own a piece of land to call their own. Their dream seems to be in their grasp, but even George cannot guard Lennie from the provacations of a flirtatious woman or predict the consequences of Lennie's unswerving obedience to the things George taught him. SC, 107 pages.
