Four Hours in My Lai

On March 16, 1968, a battle scarred American fighting unit entered the Vietnamese hamlet of My Lai and massacred 400 unarmed women, children, and old men. Only four of the soldiers were ever brought to trial; and only one was convicted. We never would have known about My Lai without intrepid American journalists, especially Seymour Hersh. Now two English filmmakers, Michael Bilton and Kevin Sim, have excavated the My Lai massacre first in a powerful TV documentary, and now in this heart wrenching book.
