Funny Races For Mr. Bear

A Bear as a Backpack!

While on his way to do his shopping, Eustache's basket breaks. He decides to buy a backpack instead. But Marcel Bazar, the grocer, is a prankster: so he attaches not a bag to his back, but… a ravenous bear! Suspecting nothing, our brave Eustache continues his errands with this bear on his back, to the general surprise of the village shopkeepers who slip their items into it. Bread, milk, flour, honey… everything disappears into this decidedly gluttonous and funny bag!

Deliciously absurd, this delightful story by Monika Spang is illustrated by Magali Le Huche, an illustrator who has notably distinguished herself with Une soupe 100 % sorcière and Le Festin de Noël.
