Daisy's Dragons

Daisy’s Dragons is a children’s picture book that serves as a mindful metaphor for emotions, where Daisy’s dragons represent her feelings. Although invisible to others, the dragons embody emotions like Sad, Angry, and Scared, which can sometimes conflict and overwhelm her. 

Through the story, Daisy learns that even the difficult feelings are necessary parts of her emotional life, and that happiness, calm, and bravery come from having all her “dragons” — her feelings — together and understood.
