About

Here's a fun way to eat more greens. Using a sharp knife and following the clear instructions, you can transform fresh cucumbers into charming animals, people and objects. Children will eat more salad when it's in the form of a prehistoric mammoth, a tiger, a tractor, or a cowboy. You can also make plate decorations, such as a bouquet of roses.

Every cut is described in detail and shown in a clear photograph. The 44 projects are easy to do and make it undeniably fun to eat more veggies.
