Choosing the Good

Choosing the Good reflects Dennis Hollinger's many years of experience, both in an academic setting and in the local church. His work provides a unique perspective on the importance of Christian ethics and its proper foundation. Hollinger provides a survey of perspectives concerning ethics, suggesting that an effective Christian ethic must have its basis in a Christian worldview. He examines the complexities of our pluralistic and postmodern society, reflects upon factors that influence Christian ethical decisions, and surveys the questions of justice, pluralism, and Christian influence in the secular world. Hollinger's work is unique in that it surveys common approaches as well as contemporary issues of critical importance. His engaging style of writing will appeal to all thoughtful Christian readers.
