About

A collection of short stories following the lives of characters across borders and on the shores on the Great Lakes. Each story showcases the natural landscape and the effect that the water has on each character’s life.

From Northern Ontario to Toronto to Detroit, each character has a unique story to tell. In Thunder Bay, a cop attempts to find his missing stepson and hopefully not find his body in the river. In Niagara Falls, a woman finds a new friend in a woman who will stop at nothing to become a mother. In Detroit, a man helps his Middle Eastern girlfriend get back into the United States. Topical and arresting, these tales showcase an author who writes with insight and sensitivity.
