Maps for the Getaway

It all started out so innocently! Cici, Genie, and Kate—three former high school best friends—decided to hit the road to Las Vegas in a vintage 1962 red Lincoln Continental. Their goal: to celebrate the life of Laurie, the friend now so tragically gone. And there have been so many wrong turns to get them to this point!

Cici, stuck in a rut, married to a cheating husband; Genie, tending to her perpetually unhappy father without so much as a thank-you; and Kate, whose picture-perfect Instagram life is anything but.

Yet it soon becomes clear you're never too old to get into trouble. Along the way, they encounter a busload of male strippers, end up in jail with a "boy" band member who has seen better days, sleep in crazy motel rooms, and adopt a nearly hairless dog that's so ugly it's cute. And that's all before they get to Vegas!

While rediscovering that what make them "best friends forever" never really went away, they realize it's never too late to change direction, and that sometimes traveling the highway of life without a map is the most fun of all.
